Offshore 21 Base price $3995 with oars
With a narrower and longer hull shape this open water shell approaches the performance of the racing boat. Designed with a smooth deck, the 21 cuts through waves allowing you to get a great workout even when the weather isn't so great. The racing shell rower will find this boat perfect as a training shell and the added stability is a great transition from the Offshore 16 to a full racing scull.
